Because rentals unlock instantly and are delivered digitally, refunds are limited to specific situations. This policy helps us remain fair to filmmakers while still supporting our customers.

You may request a refund within 30 minutes of purchase if one of the following applies:

  • The rental was made by mistake

  • The wrong title was purchased

  • A duplicate charge occurred

  • The movie could not be accessed due to a technical issue on our platform
